Begin to make positive improvements immediately!

Why wait to start making positive change? When it comes to making improvements in any of our circumstances, we need only to do three simple things!

    1. Admit that some of our methods and/or ideas simply do not work very well.

Even if they may have worked in the past, many of our old ideas, actions and methods simply and profoundly weigh us down.

    2. Accept we need to do some things quite differently!

Feeling uncertain, stuck or stalled in trying to assess what we need to move forward or address current pressures is its own Hell. Heaven can come when you stop trying to navigate your blind spots by yourself.

It’s very important we practice letting go of blaming or shaming ourselves for being out of sorts, imperfect or frustrated with our lack of clarity and progress. This only increases our pressures.

    3. Align with the principle of “Inner Action.”

Inner Action is a process of depending on and practicing a fundamental shift in attitude and behavior toward ourselves, others and some of the important things we do.

A real shift toward lasting improvement in one or more areas of our lives means we need to come to grips with making internal decisions which often challenge and exacerbate feelings of confusion, ambivalence, doubt, fear and despondence. Such feelings can be addressed and overcome.
